At Exchange Ilford we pride ourselves on offering convenient, local shopping. Shop online at our retailers and pick your goods up when it's convenient for you, or return products bought online using the Yodel & CollectPlus service at the Guest Lounge, or use our Amazon Lockers located on level 1 near The Entertainer store which is close to our level 1 car park. We Also have InPost Lockers which are located in the car park on the pedestrian pathway right next to Shop Mobility on Level 1.
Yodel & Collect+
The Yodel & CollectPlus service is available at Exchange Ilford. When purchasing items from certain retailers online, simply choose the Click & Collect option and choose to have the item delivered to The Exchange Ilford Guest Lounge. Then, either Yodel or CollectPlus will send you a collection code, which you should bring along with your ID to the Guest Lounge to collect your parcel.

Amazon Lockers
We have our 'Bidani' Amazon Locker located on level 1 near The Entertainer store which is close to our level 1 car park.
The access times for our Amazon lockers are as follows:
- Monday: 09:30-18:30
- Tuesday: 09:30-18:30
- Wednesday: 09:30- 18:30
- Thursday: 09:30-18:30
- Friday: 09:30-18:30
- Saturday: 09:00-18:30
- Sunday: 11:00-17:00
For convenience you can use our drop off point (level 1 - opposite shop mobility) to park and run in to collect your parcel from the Amazon locker. You have up to 10 minutes before you will be charged for parking.
InPost Lockers
We have our InPost Locker located on level 1 near Shopmobility on level 1 car park.
The access times for our InPost lockers are as follows:
- Monday: 09:30-18:30
- Tuesday: 09:30-18:30
- Wednesday: 09:30- 18:30
- Thursday: 09:30-18:30
- Friday: 09:30-18:30
- Saturday: 09:00-18:30
- Sunday: 11:00-17:00
