Book a session in our colour throw activity and we will supply the overalls, the bright coloured paint powder and some modest choreography so you can let go, as you cast your cares and colours in the air!
You can enjoy watching the excellent 'Dance to Inspire" team performing some traditional and contemporary dance routines. There will even be an opportunity for you to try some steps yourself.
The event is open to adults and children from four years old.
There will be a lot of paint dust in the air and the activity is not recommended for anyone suffering from respiratory problems.
Though we will provide overalls for participants we cannot guarantee some paint powder will not get on your own clothes so we would advise you to wear old clothes and shoes.
There are no dedicated washing facilities in the Loft where the activity takes place but we are adjacent to the Exchange public toilets.
