TK Maxx Competition

1. To participate, customers must
   Take a photo ( of the 'Love Ilford' display in the window of TK Maxx store located at Exchange Ilford. Upload your photo in the comments section of of post.
2. Entry must include an eligible and live email address.
3. The prize consists of a £100 Exchange Tk Maxx gift card which is valid for a 12-month period from date of issue. The gift card is non-transferable or exchangeable. There is one prize available.
4. The card is not valid if lost, stolen or damaged. Damaged or defaced cards will not be accepted.

6. No cash or other alternatives are available.
7. The promotion runs from 11th November 2023 – 18th November 2023 inclusive.
8. The promotion will run online via Exchange Ilford social media channels.
9. Entry is open to UK residents aged 16 or over, excluding employees, agents, their families or anyone professionally connected to the promotion.
10. One entry per email address.
11. All registration fields must be completed for an entry to be valid. False details will cause an entry to be invalid.
12. The prize draw winner will be chosen at random and notified by social media . We reserve the right to conduct a re-draw if the winner can not be contacted within a reasonable period. Participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions.
13. Personal data will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and securely deleted after the competition has closed unless you opt-in to receive future marketing communications. If you do opt-in for future communications from The Exchange, you can opt-out at any time or manage your data at https://exchangeilford.com/mydata.

15. All winners may be required for post-event publicity.
16. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend this promotion due to events arising beyond its control. Neither the promoter nor its agents are responsible for third party acts or omissions.
