Lost Property

If you have misplaced or found any items simply report the item(s) to one of the Guest Experience Team at our Guest Lounge, located on Level 1 near T.K.Maxx. Or alternatively, please call 020 8553 3000.


If you require a refund please come and see the Guest Experience Team at our Guest Lounge on Level 1 near T.K.Maxx (Cranbrook road entrance)


If you require a taxi, free phones are located on level 1 of the car park. Alternatively, call the local Ilford minicab service (CEC) directly on 020 8550 5656.
