Hours Per Week: 16 or 40 hours per week available
Salary: £31,676 – £35,532 per annum (plus bonuses & commission)
Annual Leave: Statutory entitlement

Job Description
Supercuts is the world’s largest hair and beauty salon chain, with over 14,000 salons across the US, Canada, UK, and beyond. At our Supercuts Ilford salon, located inside The Exchange Shopping Mall, we are urgently seeking passionate and experienced Hairdressers / Stylists to join our vibrant team.

Responsibilities
General:

Deliver high-quality haircuts for ladies and men

Provide colouring and treatment services for ladies’ hair

Wash, cut, style, and finish hair to a professional standard

Promote salon products and services to clients

Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment

Prepare your workstation between appointments

Follow daily opening and closing procedures
-
Ensure salon safety, hygiene, and customer care standards are met

Person Specification
Essential Requirements:
-
Minimum 4 years’ experience in ladies’ haircuts
-
3+ years’ experience in colouring and hair treatments
-
Excellent communication and customer service skills
-
Must be authorised to work in the UK

Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Desirable Requirements:
-
2+ years’ experience in men’s haircuts
-
Previous experience in a stylist role within a busy salon
Schedule:

8-hour shifts based on rota (flexible days)
