Car Parking
Parking is available across Levels 1 – 5 of Exchange Ilford’s secure and accessible car park.
Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, the car park provides convenient access to Exchange Ilford, Ilford town centre and Ilford railway station. Whether you’re visiting to shop, dine, access local services or travel onwards, our centrally located car park offers a convenient option for visitors at any time of day.

The car park has 6 levels for parking with:
31 disabled parking bays (Level 2 & 3)
40 bays for family parking (Level 1)
For access to the car park once the shopping centre has closed its doors, please use the Ley Street entrance for both pedestrian and vehicle access.
The car park has a height restriction of 2.08M(6ft 10inch).
If you work at Exchange Ilford or within the Ilford BID boundary, you may be eligible for discounted parking in our multi-storey car park.

Payment
Kiosk: When you are ready to leave, enter your registration number at one of our payment kiosks and follow the prompts to make payment and request a receipt.
App: Download the YourParkingSpace app. Once you have the app and you’re ready to leave, simply enter Exchange Ilford’s location ID 11285 and follow the steps.
Call: 0330 333 8434 and use your mobile keypad to enter Exchange Ilford’s location ID 11285, select your parking duration and complete your payment.
Express Payment: When you’re ready to leave Exchange Ilford, use your smartphone to scan any of the QR codes found on parking signage throughout the car park and centre. This code will link you to YourParkingSpace’s web checkout allowing you to make your parking payment in under 20 seconds.

Exchange Ilford’s car park is managed by YourParkingSpace.
If you have a question about your parking or require a receipt, you can access YourParkingSpace customer support by scanning the QR code displayed on site or by visiting their website here.
If you have received a Parking Charge Notice (PCN) that you believe has been issued incorrectly, you can submit an appeal using the information provided on the back of the notice.
Please ensure you follow the instructions and submit any appeal directly to the relevant parking provider within the timeframe stated on your notice.
