By Train

If you’re travelling by bike, Exchange Ilford has cycle parking available at two convenient locations, making it easy to securely leave your bike while you visit the centre.
Cycle racks are located at:
- Cranbrook Road – Directly opposite the main entrance.
- Chadwick Road – Opposite Nando’s, near the High Road entrance.
For the safety, comfort and accessibility of all visitors, bicycles are not permitted inside the shopping centre. Please use the designated cycle parking facilities provided during your visit.
By Bus
Exchange Ilford is well connected by London’s extensive bus network, with a number of routes stopping within a five-minute walk of the shopping centre. This makes travelling to and from the centre convenient for visitors across Ilford, East London and the surrounding areas.
