Exchange Ilford is pleased to celebrate Positive Ageing Week at the centre, bringing together a range of information, advice and activities designed to support health and wellbeing in later life.
Taking place on Wednesday 30 September 2026, from 10am to 2pm, the event will be held at the Ilford Exchange Health Centre, Unit 100, Level 3.
Visitors can drop in throughout the day to explore a variety of stalls and information sessions, take part in exercise taster sessions, access helpful advice and receive free health checks.
The event forms part of Positive Ageing Week, with Age UK hosting a series of activities across the local area from 28 September to 2 October.
