Cookie’s Island at Exchange Ilford is making play more inclusive with its FREE Family SEN Sessions, taking place every Tuesday from 9:30am to 11am.
Designed to provide a welcoming and accessible play experience for families with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), these dedicated sessions give families the opportunity to enjoy Cookie’s Island together, completely free of charge for those who meet the eligibility requirements.
Spaces are limited to a maximum of 10 families per session, helping to create a more comfortable environment for those attending. Online booking is required, with admission available on a first come, first served basis.
Terms & Conditions
- Sessions take place every Tuesday from 9:30am to 11am.
- Online booking is required.
- A maximum of 10 families can attend each session.
- Each family booking must include at least one child with SEN.
- Admission is on a first come, first served basis.
- Valid, named SEN documentation for at least one child must be shown on arrival.
- Accepted documentation can include an EHCP, Speech & Language letter, DLA award letter, Access Card, or a letter from a school or relevant professional.
- All attendees included within the booking must be from the same household.
- If valid documentation cannot be provided on arrival, standard admission charges will apply to the whole family.
Booking is essential and must be completed online in advance.
